Housing Services » Owner Occupied Rehabilitation
Program Overview
HabiJax now offers a few different programs for non-Habitat homeowners in need of home repair. When basic expenses exceed income month after month, home maintenance is the usual casualty. Years of deferred maintenance can cause a downward spiral of home deterioration and unsafe living conditions. Our goal is that homes are safe and well maintained, homeowners are able to keep their homes, and neighborhoods are renewed.
