Marjorie Dennis
Community Relations Manager

For more than a decade, Marjorie Dennis has dedicated her career to fostering community growth. After graduating from Florida A&M University with a degree in Public Relations, she returned home to Jacksonville to channel her expertise into impactful work across the nonprofit and public sectors. Her career includes significant contributions to the Girls Scouts of Gateway Council, Duval County Public Schools, and the City of Jacksonville. Presently, Marjorie is the Community Relations Manager for THE PLAYERS Championship, where she plays a pivotal role in enhancing year-round community outreach and engagement for this prestigious event. Marjorie enjoys exploring Florida’s parks and trails, losing herself in a good book, traveling with friends and family, discovering new foods and restaurants, and snuggling with her rescue pup, Journey.
Ian Hollingsworth
Senior Counsel
CSX Transportation
Ian Hollingsworth currently is Senior Counsel for CSX Transportation, Inc. Originally from Keyser, West Virginia, Ian is a graduate of West Virginia University (B.A., M.B.A) and a current member of WVU’s Mountaineer Athletic Club, in support of WVU athletics. He is a first-generation college student and the first in his direct family to graduate law school. During law school, he got the opportunity to intern at CSX as a law clerk. After graduating and passing the Florida bar exam in 2013, the company hired him as a staff attorney. Active in his local community, Ian is currently a Chairmen’s Club Member of the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and a member of the Board of Directors of the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation. In his free time, Ian enjoys traveling and golfing and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife, Ashley.
Meagan Perkins

Meagan Perkins was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a graduate of Florida State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and in Real Estate in 2004. Upon graduation, Meagan moved back to Jacksonville and attended Florida Coastal School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2011. Meagan transitioned into Real Estate and currently works as a Land Use and Zoning Attorney working with clients to provide services throughout the surrounding Counties. In 2024, she was installed as the 80th President of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and will serve as President through the end of the year. Meagan currently resides in St. Johns County with her husband, Matt and their two children. They enjoy volunteering their time with local organizations and are very active within their community.
Jason Sorochinsky
SVP of Real Estate Lending

As the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Lending at VyStar Credit Union, Jason Sorochinsky provides strategic oversight for Real Estate Lending and Servicing, CDFI and Impact Lending, and VyStar Title Agency. Before joining VyStar, Jason held the position of Head of Mortgage Lending at Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU), a $12.2 billion credit union headquartered in Marlborough, MA. He has also been an active member of the Freddie Mac Advisory Board for Credit Unions for the past four years. Jason pursued his education at Ithaca College, where he studied Business Administration/Finance. He furthered his executive education at The Stonier Graduate School of Banking (University of Pennsylvania) and Harvard Business School Online. He actively supports local non-profit organizations focused on housing and financial literacy, believing in the power of giving back to the community. Jason enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and pursuing his interest in aviation.
