We invite friends to our Home Office at the Jessie Ball duPont Center for a come-and-go celebration of our most famous volunteer’s birthday. Jimmy Carter will become the first U.S. President to celebrate his centennial birthday on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Stop by anytime between 2 and 3 pm for cupcakes and an opportunity to sign two cards: a 100th birthday card we will send along to Pres. Carter AND a congratulations card for our newest homeowner family who will be closing on their new home during that same hour.

If you’d like to join us for the ringing of the “closing bell” and celebrate our latest home closing, that should be happening around 2:30 pm. We will be gathering around the shared kitchen directly in front of our office on the second floor of the Jessie.
