Let’s celebrate the season together with a TACKY CHRISTMAS CARNIVAL on December 10th, from 5 to 8 pm!
Wear holiday attire and be as tacky as you please – ugly sweaters, Christmas light hats, manatee pajamas… (hey Florida Man, shirt and shoes will be required, however!). Dinner will be served out of food trucks, carnival games will be played, and some fun (and likely tacky) prizes will be awarded.
This carnival has a low cost of admission: bring a generous donation for our downtown neighbors at the Downtown Ecumenical Services Council (DESC). Some of their current needs are:
- New socks and underwear (all sizes, maybe not the tacky kind)

Backpacks (FSU bags are on clearance this year!)
- Tote bags (UF bags also on clearance!)
- Deodorant (Not Jaguars scented – they stink!)
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Bar soap
- Lotion

The theme is fun and casual, but we have something serious to celebrate in God’s great provision in our world and in our lives!
