Why Donate?

Here at HabiJax, we’re proud to support a greener planet by providing an outlet for unwanted items to find a new home – and you can help! Proceeds from the ReStores provide an important source of additional funding for HabiJax to build safe, affordable housing for Jacksonville residents.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation of items to the ReStores, you can drop them off at either of our store locations during our business hours (Monday – Saturday, 9am-6pm), call our donation hotline at (904) 329-7822 to schedule a pick-up, or fill out our online form. Before dropping off or scheduling, please check our list of acceptable items.

Additionally, the HabiJax ReStores participate in the Go North Habitat for Humanity Donation Program. When you move with northAmerican, you have the opportunity to donate unwanted, gently used items to your local Habitat ReStores. Those items are then either used in newly built Habitat homes, or sold through the HabiJax ReStores, with the proceeds going to help fund builds in the Jacksonville Community.
